However, in addition to these clinical findings, an in-depth assessment of psychological and social factors such as a history of depression, recent stress, the presence of a suicide note, and the quality of the deceased's family and financial relationships play a vital role in the final diagnosis. However, even after collecting all this evidence, uncertainties remain, sometimes requiring scene reconstruction, digital data analysis, and impartial review of environmental reports. Ultimately, the forensic pathologist must express his or her opinion while maintaining complete impartiality and relying on scientific documentation, not emotions or external pressures, so that, although absolute certainty is not possible, the truth is clarified to an acceptable extent and justice is served to the deceased and his or her survivors. در حد یک بند فشرده و منسجم، می توان گفت: مرگ های ناشی از مصرف دارو با علت نامشخص، از پیچیده ترین پرونده های پزشکی قانونی هستند که تفکیک خودکشی از دیگرکشی در آن ها نیازمند رویکردی چندلایه است؛ این فرآیند با کالبدشکافی دقیق و آزمایش های سم شناسی برای تعیین نوع و غلظت دارو آغاز می شود، سپس با بررسی شواهد فیزیکی مانند نحوه ی مصرف، آثار مقاومت یا ضربه، و وضعیت بسته بندی ادامه می یابد، اما در کنار این یافته های بالینی، ارزیابی عمیق عوامل روانی و اجتماعی نظیر سابقه ی افسردگی، استرس های اخیر، وجود نامه ی خودکشی، و کیفیت روابط خانوادگی و مالی متوفی نقشی حیاتی در تشخیص نهایی ایفا می کند. با این حال، حتی پس از گردآوری همه ی این شواهد، همچنان ابهاماتی باقی می ماند که گاهی نیاز به بازسازی صحنه، تحلیل داده های دیجیتال، و بررسی بی طرفانه ی گزارش های محیطی دارد، و در نهایت پزشک قانونی باید با حفظ بی طرفی کامل و اتکا به مستندات علمی، نه احساسات یا فشارهای بیرونی، نظر خود را اعلام کند تا هرچند قطعیت مطلق ممکن نیست، اما حقیقت تا حد قابل قبولی روشن شده و عدالت در حق متوفی و بازماندگانش برقرار گردد. https://tnejournal.ir/downloadfilepdf/57672
